So, to set the record straight, here’s our list of ten things for women to avoid.

1 Expecting him to think like a woman

We’ve all seen loads of books with titles like “Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus” which highlight an unfortunate difference between the sexes. Men and women don’t think the same way – and while we’re not going to get into why this happens, it’s important to remember that fact when you’re in a relationship. In general, men are not as romantic as women, they don’t see romance as a necessary prelude to sex, and they can divorce sex from their feelings in a way that perhaps most women can’t. So there will be plenty of times when a man wants sex even if he isn’t feeling romantic and connected to his partner.

For him, the physical pleasure of sex is a reward in itself. He doesn’t need to be seduced into feeling desire (though he may appreciate it if you do seduce him!), at least most of the time, for his sex drive is a pretty constant part of his maleness. I think that’s what women don’t understand.

They know how elusive and emotional their own sex drive is, but they don’t appreciate how different it is for a man. Think of it this way: men can enjoy sex with their partner whether they are feeling loving or not; in fact they often find their feelings of love for their partner when they have sex with her. By contrast, women often say they need to feel loving before they want sex – or at least before they are prepared to give themselves heart and soul to a man.

2 Not showing your sexual energy

Women who were brought up to be demure “good girls” (i.e. non-sexual) may find it difficult to express the essence of their feminine energy during sex. And a lot of women also have problems expressing their anger, an emotion which can add real spice to the sexual union between men and women. This lack of sexual energy might appear as a reluctance to initiate sex, a reluctance to be the active partner, a reluctance to make noises or thrust, or simply an overall tendency to wait for the man to lead and direct what happens during sex.
But believe me, ladies, your man will really like it when you express your passion – whether that means you getting on top for woman on top sex, moving in a way that will give you the greatest pleasure, kissing him passionately, or being assertive about what you want in bed.

3 Being too gentle when you touch his penis

Men like a firmer touch than women, especially when it comes to their penises. If you ever have the pleasure of watching him masturbate, you’ll see how much pressure he uses on his penis – especially as he nears orgasm. If you’re doing it for him, ask him to tell you what you’re doing right and what he’d like done differently. He’ll really appreciate your efforts to give him more pleasure.

4 Not experimenting with sex

The saying has it that men think about sex ten times an hour – or is it a hundred? Yes, of course that’s an exaggeration, but it isn’t much of one. While some women have a high sexual desire, it’s true to say that women in general are much less sexy than men when they’re not in the bedroom. Men fantasize all the time – about the things they see, what they’d like to do, how they’d like to do it, and so on. With such an active sexual imagination, it’s not hard to understand why a bit of variation in the bedroom routine can keep a man sexually happy. It doesn’t have to be way out stuff like bondage, either. For example, try changing sex positions once in a while: take the initiative and get on top of him or let him enjoy rear entry for a change. Talk dirty to him if you’ve never tried that before; explore and play with new parts of his body, such as his anus and perineum, during foreplay – or even during the main event. Seduce him into a “quickie” by leaving a trail of clothes across the floor into the bedroom. Greet him at the door in sexy clothing. Phone him at work and tell him what you’d like to do to him later that day…..well, you get the idea – use your imagination!

5 Expecting him to read your mind

Yes, we know it’s difficult to express your sexual desires directly. But men don’t think like women. They don’t read clues, they don’t get hints. So stop communicating indirectly, and tell him what you want. And give him feedback when you get it! That way, he’ll know exactly what he’s supposed to be doing, how you feel about it, and whether to do it again. For example, if you like what he’s doing during sex, let him know with your moans of pleasure.

6 Criticizing him

I think one of the reasons women can be so critical of their man is that they’ve never learned the art of direct communication. Than means stating clearly and directly what you want, how you want it, and whether you got it – and how you feel about it afterwards. Men appreciate that style of talk – they know where they stand and it removes the uncertainty for them.
Criticism is an indirect way of saying that your needs are not being met – but if you read number 5 above, then maybe you’ve begun to understand that your man won’t know what you want unless you tell him. If you’re judging his love for you on the basis of his ability to anticipate and meet your needs without you saying what they are, well, I’m afraid you aren’t likely to be very satisfied. And it won’t be his fault.

7 Letting him take responsibility for your orgasm

A lot of us think that a man somehow has a responsibility to “give” a woman an orgasm during sex. After all, that’s how a lot of us were brought up – that a man somehow has to look after “his” woman. And that idea extends to making sure she has an orgasm during sex…..but the truth is that women are responsible for their own orgasms. So while it might be nice for your man to help you get there, if you don’t make it to orgasm through his efforts, you can always take matters into your own hands.

8 Controlling him by withdrawing sex

One of the most unhealthy things you can do in a relationship is to use sex as a weapon. This is basically a statement that you feel powerless, that you think withholding sex is the only way you can get what you want. Rather than trying to exert some influence over your man by denying him the pleasure of your body, try communicating directly what you want and don’t want. (That might even extend to simply saying you don’t feel emotionally close enough to your partner to want sex.)

9 Thinking he’ll feel the same way about your body that you do

It just isn’t so. Men don’t attach the judgments to women’s bodies that women do. So, for example, even if he thinks your butt really is a bit on the large side, it won’t matter to him the way it matters to you. In fact, he probably quite likes it. And he certainly won’t be put off making love, or want the lights off, because of it. While you waste time and emotional energy wondering if you’re completely undesirable because of some aspect of your body, he’ll never give it a second thought. It’s women who judge their bodies, I think for the sake of comparison with other women, not men.

10 Not making up with sex after an argument

Well, yes, I know that a lot of couples do make up with sex when they’ve had an argument, but in fact many more don’t. As I said above, most women think that they need to be feeling loving and emotionally close before they want sex. Yet I’ve met a lot of couples in my work as a sexual therapist who have found that taking the risk and jumping into bed can work really well as a way of getting close again.

Even if you don’t feel sexy or loving when you start making love, after a while the simple act of being physically connected in bed can really change the way you feel about each other. The other way of settling an argument (that’s talking, seeking understanding, and thrashing out how you feel) is fine: but once in a while try a more direct method of getting your feelings back on track – just go to bed together!
While most men do have preferences about the types of positions and stimulation they enjoy, it seems that almost anything can push them over the edge if they are already in a state of arousal.

With women, it’s a bit different. In this article, we’re going to look at four reasons why it can be harder for women to orgasm than men.

1 Physical Reasons

The most obvious reason why women have a more difficult time reaching orgasms is physical. Their sexual anatomy is built differently than men’s and this has consequences when it comes to sexual pleasure.

For men, orgasm is relatively easy because the source of their sexual pleasure is the penis. The penis is not only completely visible but it can easily be stimulated. Additionally, a man’s arousal level is easier to recognize: an erect penis usually means he is ready for sexual intercourse and capable of reaching orgasm.

For women, it’s not so straight forward.

The main pleasure center for women is the clitoris which is approximately the same size as the penis but which is mostly concealed. The part of the clitoris which is accessible can not be easily stimulated by the penis through normal penetration. Even during masturbation, women must often try multiple methods and positions before finding the right combination to lead to an orgasm. Furthermore, signs of a woman’s arousal may not be as easy to spot unless her partner is looking for them specifically.

The consequences of these physical differences are that women have a more difficult road to travel when it comes to orgasms. It doesn’t mean they are any less capable of reaching an orgasm; it just means that it typically takes a little more effort and education.

2 Emotional Reasons

One thing I’ve heard women tell me about men is that they believe men can “get off” with anyone and at any time. This is generally in the form of a complaint because the women feel they are not able to reach orgasm that readily.

While it isn’t true that men can reach orgasm at the drop of a hat, men usually do not have as much difficulty with orgasms as women do. A man can meet a strange woman in a bar, take her to his car, have sex in the backseat without even learning her name, and can have an orgasm. Unless he is an exceptional lover, the woman he is with is not as likely to get the same payoff from the encounter.

The question is why is there such a difference.

The answer is fairly simple. Women are more likely to feel uncomfortable with their bodies and have a more difficult time discussing sexual issues, as a result they won’t be able to achieve an orgasm with just anyone.

It’s unfair to expect men to automatically know how to bring a woman to orgasm. Every woman’s body and mental state is different so men have to learn how to help each new partner reach orgasm in her own way. Doing that requires communication and openness: two things which require trust in a relationship.

When women do not entirely trust their partners, they are less likely to open up and discuss problems in the relationship, particularly problems in the bedroom. They sometimes fear that their partners will judge them or ridicule them because of what feels good to them. This discomfort may be elevated if they have been faking orgasms because they don’t want to hurt their partners by disclosing the truth.

Another trust-related issue is that many women hold back during sex because they are not completely comfortable with their partners or themselves. For example, if a woman thinks her thighs are too big, then she may be so fixated on what her partner thinks of them that she won’t free her mind enough to get pleasure from sex. If she feels pressured to have sex or is concerned about the fidelity of her partner, then she also may find it difficult to get into the proper mind set for an orgasm.

Remember that the most important sexual organ in the human body is the brain. If it’s not ready for sexual pleasure, then sexual pleasure will not happen.

But, the question is: are they all true? Of course not!

Here are some of the most common myths:

Myth 1: Women take longer to reach orgasm than men.

This is a common myth which has not been supported by research. The reason people believe this is that they don’t understand the female arousal pattern. Women’s arousal patterns are much different than men’s and, as a result, they are physically prepared for intercourse later than men are.

The time from optimal arousal to orgasm is pretty much identical for both men and women. The difference is in how long it takes to reach that level of arousal. Because men often don’t know how to help their partners get to that point, it does seem to take longer. Once that’s changed, however, men find their partners reach orgasm more quickly and even have multiple orgasms in quick succession.

Myth 2: Women should only reach orgasm through vaginal intercourse.

This is definitely not true but it’s a myth that has caused us to take women’s sexual needs for granted for a long time. This myth actually started with Sigmund Freud, the developer of psychoanalysis, who had recognized that women could easily reach orgasm through clitoral stimulation. Freud dismissed this type of stimulation as juvenile and believed it was important for women to become more sexually mature by focusing only on vaginal stimulation to reach orgasms.

The problem is that the vagina was not designed for orgasms. It does not have the concentrated nerve endings that one finds in the clitoris or in the head of a penis, for example.

As a result of Freud’s determination, women who could not reach orgasm through vaginal intercourse were considered to have some type of psychological impairment. All sorts of methods were devised in an attempt to “liberate” women from their reliance on the clitoris for sexual pleasure.

Only in recent decades has society begun talking openly about the women’s right to enjoy sex and to reach orgasm in whatever manner worked for her.

Myth 3: Only women fake orgasms.

Even though this article is about female orgasms, I think it’s important for both men and women to realize that orgasms are not going to happen during every sexual encounter. About one-fifth of men admitted that they have faked an orgasm with a partner. Their reasons for faking are the same as women’s: they don’t want their partners to be disappointed.

Orgasms don’t always come easily in a partnership. Sure, when we masturbate we can probably get off every time because we know our bodies and we know what works. Our sexual partners have to learn these things over time and, most importantly, with our help.

Again, faking orgasms is not the answer for either sex. It just complicates the issue and prevents both partners from having a truly fulfilling sexual encounter.

So, bottom line: don’t believe all myths you hear or read! You can please women with the best orgasms if you understand how the female body works!

Any one who has ever masturbated has engaged in a self-training program which has taught them how to orgasm. Before we talk about female training, I’ll give you an example from male sexuality.

I worked with a male once who was a regular masturbator. During masturbation, he fantasized about having his partner bent over the edge of a couch and engaging in rear penetration, not anal sex. For months he used this same fantasy to help him reach orgasm during masturbation. This affected his sex life. When he was having sex with his partner, he found that he was losing his erection and finding it difficult to climax in any other position.

The only way he was able to reach orgasm during actual sex was by imitating what he had been doing in his masturbation fantasies. Essentially, he had trained himself about how to get off.

Men are not the only ones who train themselves. In fact, the training men do usually does not interfere with their ability to reach an orgasm during actual intercourse. With women, it’s different.

Women train themselves in two ways. First, they train themselves to reach orgasm using specific techniques. Second, they train themselves for each orgasm using certain fantasies. Let’s talk about both of these.

When women begin masturbating, they do tend to try multiple ways of accomplishing the goal. Once they find something that works then they stick to it. Let me give you an example. One woman I worked with had been masturbating with a vibrator for about ten years. She had to use the same vibrator every time because she claimed no other vibrator could bring her to orgasm. With sexual partners, she would fake orgasm then excuse herself to the bathroom where she would reach a real orgasm using her vibrator. After a decade of relying on the same toy and the same technique to reach orgasm, this young woman had taught her body how to have an orgasm. Since her partner’s penis was not her vibrator, it was not capable of doing the job.

To his credit, he did try a variety of things to help her but the problem really wasn’t his alone to fix. She had to re-train her body.

The second method of training often begins even before a woman ever masturbates. As soon as girls begin fantasizing about men, they are beginning to train their bodies about how to reach orgasm. I have another example to share which illustrates this fact as well. A woman I worked with had been relying on the same fantasies during masturbation for almost two decades. Her preference were rape fantasies in which she was the victim and was non-violently coerced into having intercourse with multiple partners. The fantasies involved different scenarios, locations, and men but the basics were all the same.

Even when she tried to have other fantasies, they would always end up deteriorating into a rape fantasy before she was able to orgasm. The only time she was able to reach an orgasm with her husband was when they attempted to act out her fantasy. Like the other woman, she had to re-train her mind about what turned her on and what would lead her to an orgasm.

The reason I’m sharing these stories with you is because orgasm training is one of the biggest, yet most often unrecognized, reasons for women’s difficulties in reaching an orgasm.

The only way to break free of that old training is through experimentation. The more the two of you try different things the more likely she is to find something else that can help her climax.

Keep in mind that there are a number of reasons why women may have more difficulty reaching an orgasm than men will. Those reasons include social pressures not to enjoy sex, a lack of trust in the relationship, anatomical differences between men and women, and limited orgasm training.

Understanding what may be hampering your sexual relationship will help you determine the best course of action to take in order to enjoy mutually satisfying sex.

I was probably 10 or 11 years old at the time and I thought being able to wiggle my ears would be so cool. Hey I was a kid.

I remember first trying to concentrate real hard and making my ears wiggle. If you haven’t tried this, it is a lot harder than it sounds. I remember feeling my face move and my eyebrows move but I couldn’t tell if my ears were wiggling.

I then tried using my hands to feel if my ears were moving, but that didn’t work very well. It wasn’t until I got the idea to look in a mirror while trying to wiggle my ears that I started to make progress.

I went in the bathroom and watched myself as a tried to figure out how to make my ears move. It took a lot of trial and error with me making all kinds of funny looking faces.

Finally after watching myself in the mirror and learning how to move my facial muscles I was able to isolate the correct muscles and I could make my ears wiggle just a tiny bit.

I remember the first things I had to learn was to not move all the other muscles in my face and learn to move just the ones needed to make my ears wiggle.

Learning to wiggle my ears was quite a challenge. It was one of those weird things I did as a kid. I am sure you have some of your own weird kid things so stop laughing at mine.

Anyway I was determined to learn to wiggle my ears and I would practice just about every time is was alone and in front of a mirror, such as when I would brush my teeth in the morning and at night.

After a couple of weeks of this I got really good at wiggling my ears. I no longer needed to look in the mirror to get it right. In fact I got so good I could wiggle each ear by itself, kind of like left and right turn signals on a car. I can wiggle the left ear or the right ear or both at the same time. I remember showing off to my friends. Nobody else in could do it.

I can still do it today. It is like learning to ride a bike. Once you learn how, the basic skill stays with you the rest of your life.

Okay you may be wondering what this has to do with a woman’s orgasm. Well quite a lot actually. You see learning to climax and enjoy easy orgasms is a lot like learning to wiggle your ears; at least it was for me. And from the research I’ve done it applies to all women. Let me explain.

After years of frustration and difficulty achieving orgasm, especially during sex with my husband, I decided I would do something about it. I knew how to climax, I had been doing it by myself since I was a teenager, but sometimes it would take forever to happen.

I decided this was not right or fair for that matter and I opened my mind to the possibility that a woman’s orgasms should be easy and frequent. I got tired of reading articles about other women who enjoyed multiple orgasms on a regular basis. I decided I was going to be one of those women.

As I researched how to become more orgasmic I learned the importance of training my orgasm muscle or pubococcygeal muscle AKA the PC muscle. I learned that most women (over 90% in one study) did not know how to contract and control this muscle that is so critical for female orgasm.

Studies showed that most women when asked to squeeze their PC muscle mistakenly tighten their buttocks, thighs, legs, and abdominal muscles instead. Studies also showed the best way for a woman to learn to get in tune with her orgasm muscle and learn to flex it was through some kind of biofeedback.

What this means is she needs to see what she is doing so she can learn when she is doing it correctly. Then she can focus on that and improve her skill and control of the muscle.

This is when I had an “Ah ha!” moment and remembered how I had learned to wiggle my ears as a kid. I had used biofeedback when looking into the mirror to figure out how to move the muscles to wiggle my ears! And how not to move the other muscles in my face.

I was one of those women who would have to tighten my legs stiff as a board while working my way to an orgasm. Sometimes I would get a cramp in my leg. And the following day the muscles in my butt and the back of my legs would be stiff and sore.

In this on my back and stiff legged position you can forget trying to orgasm during intercourse. There was no way I could enjoy my husband and climax in this position.

I needed to be in this stiff legged position to climax because that is how I first learned to reach orgasm when I was a teenager. That was the only way I knew how to get the muscle tension I needed for it to happen.

It wasn’t until I learned to consciously control my orgasm muscle using a pelvic muscle exerciser that gave me not only the resistance necessary to strengthen the pelvic muscles but also provided the biofeedback I needed did I learn how to climax in almost any position, orgasm during intercourse and do it multiple times.

Just like learning to wiggle my ears using biofeedback, regular practice with my pelvic muscle exerciser has made climaxing easier and multiple orgasms routine. Now I am one of those multi-orgasmic women I used to envy.

Lets look at different types of female orgasm and how to achieve them.

1. Multiple Orgasms

When many women come they simply cant come again, as they are to sensitive however multiple orgasms can be had if you do the following:

All you need to do is work out the recovery time.

How is this done?

After climax the women relaxes with the man inside her and waits for several vaginal contractions (try 10), then the motion that bought orgasm before is started again.

The key is to experiment with the recovery time.

Each women has there own individual period of time.

The women then like a wave catches it and rides to an orgasm again.

2. The It Never Comes Orgasm

This the one that frustrates women the most; its almost there but like a slippery ball it escapes from the hands at the last minute!

The major problem here is letting go.

You cant force an orgasm so don’t try, you simply cannot will it to happen.

Because a women cant come, when she does the tension flowing out will give immense pleasure.

The trick is simply not to try to hard.

The mind should remain focused on the body and there should be know willing orgasm to come – Its time for nature to take its course and to go with the flow.

Eye contact should be made and focused on your partner. Try deep breathing and if possible get your breathing in rhythm with your partners.

This will focus the mind on your body and not on trying to achieve orgasm, with the pressure removed orgasm will follow.

3. The Mind Body & Soul Orgasm

This is probably the most satisfying orgasm of all for women.

This orgasm is a spiritual experience and unites mind, body and soul with your partners, in the most intimate of connections.

For this orgasm a women must let go of herself completely and see sex as not just a physical act but as a total connection.

The way to achieve it is to touch your partner’s heart, feel the pulse, maintain eye contact and then use your breathing for complete union.

Just as in the multiple orgasm make sure you concentrate on breathing deeply and get it synchronized with your partners.

Breathing is the key component in this orgasm.

Try and feel the air flowing throughout your body.

Feel the energy coming from your body and focus your mind on the pelvic and stomach region and you will start to feel a warm glow.

Visualization is extremely powerful and breathing will help you focus on achieving spiritual union with your partner.

This orgasm is simply losing yourself in the moment and focusing on nothing else.

4. The Grinding Orgasm

This is an orgasm that can be achieved without penetration.

Sometimes women may not want penetration, or they are still hot after their partner comes and a grinding orgasm can be used to achieve pleasure.

It is achieved in the following way.

The women wraps their thighs tightly around their partner’s thigh, with the clitoris and vulva pressed hard against the thigh, the women then starts a rocking or grinding motion.

Keep in mind, the clitoris is only the tip of the pleasure zone here and it extends under the labia as well.

When you do the above your reaching and hitting the entire pleasure zone and it can bring immense satisfaction even though there is no penetration.

If you really want to make your woman explode get Expert Female Orgasms from Gina G.

There are more orgasms that women can have and these are discussed in part 2. The above orgasms are all different but when you master the techniques above they can bring immense pleasure and satisfaction.

The orgasm and particularly the women’s orgasm is a complicated subject matter that covers a lot of information. It is a term that searched for on Google over 46,000 times a day alone. However there is a lot of disinformation and untruth on the internet over the term.
Why is their so much interest in the sexual reproduction and the orgasm? Well because it is the culmination of successful sexual intercourse and is hard wired into our DNA but still not fully understood. In a desire to gain more pleasure from our sexual experiences it is only logical therefore to try and understand more about the orgasm and thus be able to use that knowledge to increase your love-making technique to make the most from sexual interplay.
The orgasm and it related subject matter is too much for one article but to start to understand the whole ethos we must first try and explain what the orgasm is.

What is an Orgasm?

An orgasm (sexual climax) is the conclusion of the plateau phase in the bodies’ response to sexual stimulus and maybe experienced by both males and females. An orgasm is characterised by intense physical pleasure controlled by the involuntary or automatic nervous system. The orgasm often leads to involuntary actions such as muscular spasms in other parts of the body, a general euphoric sensation, and as all girls know may need lead to the need to shout out.
This not the full story as there are many competing theories about what constitutes an orgasm and the argument centres around the actions needed to obtain an orgasm.

Definitions of orgasm

Three is heated debate as to what types of sexual sensation can accurately be termed as “orgasm”, including for example of the orgasm caused by G-spot stimulation alone and the manifestation of extended or continuous orgasms lasting several minutes or even more than an hour. The debate central point is the clinical definition of the orgasm.
The way it is usually described in the clinical context is by the muscular contractions involved.
This is open to speculation as within people their perceptions of achieving orgasm are different and do not necessarily involve the involuntary contractions characteristics of orgasm. In would be fair to say though that in both sexes the feeling of climaxing is enormously enjoyable and often felt throughout the whole body, causing a mental state that many describe as transcendental (moving, awe-inspiring).

In conclusion

The orgasm is the sexual climax after the culmination of sexual intercourse but can come from masturbation and other types of stimulation including anal stimulation. It is however defined by the involuntary muscular reactions that take place as a result of such actions.

From any perspective, it is quite clear that the female and male orgasms are completely different from each other and that the male orgasm is more prevalent in today?s society. For this reason, it is quite interesting trying to figure out what the evolutionary purpose of a female?s orgasm is. Perhaps it is just in a woman?s genes.

Either way, some say that the female orgasm is an important trait in physiology since it helps to relieve congestion in the pelvic area, and in psychology, since it provides women not only with physical but also emotional satisfaction, something that is not present in the male orgasm. The female orgasm also suggests that its elusiveness is more evolved than a man?s orgasm because it is only triggered when with a particularly desirable partner.

If mutual pleasure and long-term sexual fulfillment are part of the natural selection process, then this means that the female orgasm is actually an inherent screening device, only attuning to partners who are more sexually fit and making the woman want to stay with that partner to multiply, rather than stick with sexually unfulfilling counterparts.

Researchers and scientists seem to be strangely fascinated by the mystery that is the female orgasm. Unlike males, females have no need to orgasm in order to procreate, so their purpose is truly a mystery. Perhaps the female orgasm does not need a biological purpose. Whatever the reason may be, it is clear that the female orgasm is clearly not understood fully to this day.

One theory that runs around is that it is a mere tool to choose one?s life-long mate. Therefore, the idea is that the males that are capable of bringing females to orgasm are those that are best to raise their children. Perhaps this is the reason why most females do not climax during sex.

In order to understand the detailed mechanics of a female orgasm that could likely maximize the chance of pregnancy, a scientific documentary has been made featuring scientists inserting a miniature camera into the female vagina to reveal the elusive truth of its secrets. It revealed a kind of vacuum pump that sucked up the semen from the vagina, proving that the female orgasm is the evolutionary reason for the female orgasm.

The key to arousing a female seems to stem from a combination of deep relaxation and a lack of anxiety; it actually has less to do with the direct sensory input from the female genitals. According to the scans, the parts of the female brain that process emotions like fear, anxiety and emotions, in general, start to relax and reduce during sexual activity. This reaches an incredible peak at orgasm, creating an almost trance-like state.

It is quite interesting how many questions revolve around the roles of the female orgasm. Whether male or female, it is definitely the orgasm and the less intense joys of touch that make sex so enjoyable. The mere fact that the female orgasm occurs mostly when penetrative intercourse is not part of the equation is pure evidence that sex isn?t merely there to create life.

To this day, the female orgasm continues to be one of the biggest mysteries in our life. For, while the clitoris is obviously there for bliss, the mere understanding of the female sexuality can be as complicated as Euclidean geometry, where the female orgasm itself may be a portrayal of a very difficult exam.

Women all over the world will confirm that when it comes to understanding female sexuality, most guys really have no idea how to handle things. And although some men may have struggled in figuring it out, it is rare for men to have actually asked questions to figure it out. Maybe that is all there is to it.

If you really want to make your woman explode get Expert Female Orgasms from Gina G.
One of the most interesting phenomenons I’ve witnessed in dealing with human sexuality is the ability of people to train themselves into having an orgasm.

What You Need to Remember

Keep in mind as you read the next two chapters that there are a number of reasons why women may have more difficulty reaching an orgasm than men will. Those reasons include social pressures not to enjoy sex, a lack of trust in the relationship, anatomical differences between men and women, and limited orgasm training.

Understanding what may be hampering your sexual relationship will help you determine the best course of action to take in order to enjoy mutually satisfying sex.

Female Orgasm and Foreplay

For men who want to please their partners, foreplay is not optional. I make that point because I’ve worked with lots of men who hated foreplay and just wanted to get down to business without realizing that foreplay has an important role in female orgasm. I’ve also worked with men who enjoy foreplay just as much as the women in their lives. What’s important to realize is that foreplay should be about what makes her feel good because at this point you’re probably already in a state of arousal. She is probably not at that point yet.

In this we’re first going to discuss the female sexual arousal cycle and compare it to yours. Then, we’ll look at some types of foreplay which you can try with your partner in order to help her become physically and psychologically ready to orgasm.

Less than half of all women can have vaginal orgasms. They can learn with training and practice, but most don’t know how.

Since most women must have clitoral stimulation, they don’t climax during intercourse unless additional stimulation is provided to the clitoris.

For more than half of all women, their ability to orgasm has absolutely nothing to do with the size of a man’s penis.

For the women that can have vaginal orgasms, they generally have 2 kinds

the cul-de-sac orgasm or the G-spot orgasm. Most women who can have a cul-de-sac orgasm can also have G-spot orgasms. The cul-de-sac is located deeper inside up behind the cervix. While stimulation of the cul-de-sac can be pleasurable most women do not like the feel of the cervix being touched with a probing finger or bumped with a long penis. A 5 inch penis is usually long enough to reach the cul-de-sac depending on the woman.

The other vaginal orgasm comes by stimulating the G-spot. It is not really a spot but more of an area located a couple of inches along the front wall of the vagina. Depending on the woman the G-spot area can be as small as a pea or as large as silver dollar. The G-spot responds to firm pressure and gentle tapping. This can be a drawback because when the G-spot is stimulated she my feel she has to urinate. Stimulation of the G-spot often causes fluid to build up in the Skene’s glands or female prostrate. Many women are uncomfortable with the sensation of fluid build up and are afraid the fluid they release is urine. Numerous studies have confirmed the fluid or female ejaculate is not urine but is akin to prostrate fluid found in male ejaculate. And like a man’s, her ejaculation fluids can squirt out from the urethra during orgasm and is completely normal.

A man does not need a long penis to give a woman who is capable a vaginal orgasm. In most cases a 5 inch long penis is all that is required for a G-spot or cul-de-sac orgasm. Girth or thickness is NOT a significant factor in satisfying a woman. While some women enjoy the stretched like a water balloon? feeling, most women do not. To large a girth can cause pain during sex. Men of average or small girth may be concerned if they do not feel the vagina tight around their penis and the vagina feels too loose and does not provide enough stimulation. This situation is much more effectively remedied by the women strengthening her pelvic muscles than by a man trying to add girth which may be possible but the process takes months.

Whereas a woman can strengthen and tighten her grip in just a few weeks. The stronger the pelvic muscles the stronger the orgasms and the tighter the grip during sex. The ezCOME (easy Clinical Orgasm Muscle Exerciser) is an excellent way for a woman to strengthen her PC and pelvic muscles. A man would be much better off purchasing an ezCOME for a woman that wasting money on questionable male enhancement products.

Women with very strong pelvic muscles can easily orgasm vaginally just by flexing their muscles, with or without a penis inside. They can also flex their muscles around an inserted penis and give a man wonderful sensations. The point is a man’s penis size is not as important as a woman?s vaginal strength when it comes to a woman’s orgasm. It is the tapping sensation that triggers a vaginal orgasm and not the stretching and filling up sensation. Hitting the right spot in a tight and toned vagina is more important than size.

Real women generally need a minimum of 5 to 10 minutes of direct, consistent and skilled clitoral stimulation to have a clitoral orgasm. In porn the women are shown having multiple vaginal orgasms within moments of penetration. While such orgasmic abilities are possible, such women are rare, and the instant multiple orgasms portrayed in porn are pretended. In the real world women typically react very differently than the stylized porn queens. Also all the men in porn are huge and their size has nothing to do with the fake orgasms of their co stars. Remember they are actors. Don’t make the mistake of thinking your size has anything to do with your woman’s orgasms.
